About the Pokopia Pokédex
Pokémon Pokopia is a town builder, so its Pokédex works differently from a mainline game. You do not catch anything. You build the right habitat, and the Pokémon that likes it moves in on its own. That makes the useful question not where do I find this Pokémon but what do I have to build.
